AI-powered energy project developer
Unlocking the value ofexisting grid connections.
We use AI to find sites near underutilised grid connections, secure grid access, and sell these development-ready projects to larger energy companies and investors.
The right project starts with the grid.
Access to the electricity grid is one of the biggest bottlenecks facing new energy projects.
Securing a new connection can take years and require costly network upgrades. At the same time, many existing renewable assets are connected through grid infrastructure that is not fully utilised.
We identify where spare grid capacity may support new energy projects, then develop the most attractive opportunities around them.
From grid potential to development-ready projects.
We identify sites where existing grid connections may support additional capacity, secure the rights and grid access needed to develop them, and advance the strongest opportunities into development-ready projects.
Identify
Use our AI-powered platform to screen existing grid connections and identify sites with potential for new energy projects.
Secure
Secure site control, grid access and the key commercial rights required to move the project forward.
Develop
Secure planning permission, permitting and the key development rights required to make each project ready for sale.
Development driven by intelligence.
Our proprietary AI platform combines grid, generation, geospatial, energy market, planning and regulatory data to identify and rank the best sites for new energy projects.
It screens thousands of locations, estimates where spare grid capacity may exist, and prioritises opportunities based on grid viability, economics and development potential. Our team then advances the strongest opportunities through development.
Every connection creates a different opportunity.
The right project depends on the available grid capacity, the surrounding assets, planning constraints and local market conditions.
We assess which type of project is best suited to each site and focus development on the opportunities with the strongest grid, planning and commercial potential. Our focus is on developing the project that makes the most sense for each location.

Let's make better use of existing grid infrastructure.
Whether you own an energy asset, develop energy projects or acquire development-ready projects, we would welcome a conversation.
Our Approach
Start with the grid. Develop what fits.
We identify where existing grid connections may support new energy projects, secure the required rights and approvals, and develop the strongest opportunities into development-ready projects.
Our approach combines AI-powered site identification, grid analysis and project development.
Existing connections.
Securing a new grid connection can take years and require significant network investment. Yet many existing connections may have capacity that is not fully utilised.
We start by analysing these connections, the assets already using them and the surrounding area to identify where new energy projects may be developed using infrastructure that is already in place.
Find the site.
Our proprietary AI platform screens existing grid connections and the areas around them to identify potential development opportunities.
Our initial assessment considers:
- Existing grid connections and available capacity
- Connected generation and operating profiles
- Nearby sites and land availability
- Access and physical constraints
- Planning and environmental considerations
- Market and regulatory conditions
This allows us to rank opportunities and focus development resources on the sites with the strongest potential.
The right project for each location.
Each site presents a different combination of grid capacity, planning conditions and market opportunities.
We assess which type of energy project is best suited to each location and whether there is a credible path to securing the necessary rights and approvals.
Applications may include battery storage, new generation, data centres and other forms of flexible demand.
The objective is not to design the final facility, but to define a viable development opportunity that can be permitted, connected and transferred to a future owner.
Secure what creates project value.
Once an opportunity passes our filters, we advance the work required to turn it into a development-ready project.
| Site rights | Secure the land, access and other rights required for the proposed project. |
|---|---|
| Grid access | Progress the connection process and coordinate the studies required to secure grid access. |
| Planning & permits | Submit the required applications and obtain the key planning and development approvals. |
| Supporting studies | Coordinate the technical, environmental and other studies required by the approval process. |
| Project viability | Maintain the commercial assessment required to confirm that the opportunity remains worth developing. |
Our role is to complete the development work required to create a valuable project opportunity, rather than design or build the final facility.
Ready for the next owner.
We sell projects once the key elements that create development value have been secured.
Depending on the project and jurisdiction, this can include site rights, grid access, planning permission, development permits and the supporting studies completed during the approval process.
The buyer can then complete detailed engineering, technology selection, procurement and construction according to its own requirements.
Project information is organised in a structured data room to support due diligence and an efficient transfer to the next stage of development.
Turn existing grid access into a new development opportunity.
We work with asset and site owners to unlock opportunities around existing grid connections, and with energy companies and investors looking to acquire development-ready projects.
Our Platform
Turning complex data into development opportunities.
Our proprietary AI-powered platform brings together grid, generation, geospatial, planning, regulatory and market data to identify and rank sites where existing grid connections may support new energy projects.
A connected view of every opportunity.
Identifying a viable development opportunity requires information that is often fragmented across different sources, formats and organisations. Our platform brings these inputs together so each site can be assessed in context.
| Grid connections | Existing connection points, available information on capacity, operating conditions and network constraints. |
|---|---|
| Connected assets | Technology, installed capacity, generation profiles and how existing assets use their connections. |
| Site context | Nearby land, access, proximity to infrastructure and physical characteristics. |
| Planning & environment | Land-use designations, protected areas and other constraints that may affect development. |
| Connection & regulatory | Applicable connection processes, approval pathways and conditions for adding new projects. |
| Energy markets | Electricity prices, generation patterns and market signals relevant to project economics. |
Find the opportunities that matter.
AI helps us connect fragmented information across datasets, documents and locations.
Our platform screens large numbers of sites, estimates where spare grid capacity may exist, identifies potential constraints and ranks opportunities according to grid viability, planning conditions and commercial potential.
This allows our development team to focus its time and capital on the opportunities most likely to progress.
Understand the opportunity.
The platform supports three core development decisions:
| Where to focus | Which grid connections and nearby sites warrant further investigation. |
|---|---|
| What could fit | Which type of energy project may be suited to the available grid capacity, site and market conditions. |
| What to advance | Which opportunities have the strongest path to securing site rights, grid access and planning approvals. |
The objective is not to design the final facility, but to identify opportunities that can be converted into valuable development projects.
Intelligence connected to development.
Our platform supports the development team from initial screening through to project development.
Platform findings are tested through site assessments, specialist studies required for approvals, engagement with site and asset owners, and discussions with network operators and planning authorities.
As new information becomes available, we update project assumptions, reassess viability and prioritise development resources accordingly.
This creates a continuous connection between data-driven opportunity identification and real-world project development.
Better opportunities. Clear projects.
Asset and site owners
Our approach helps identify new development opportunities around existing grid connections and understand what would be required to pursue them.
Project buyers
Our platform supports a clear and documented understanding of the site, grid position, approvals obtained and development work completed before acquisition.
Our technology underpins every project we develop, from the first screening decision through to the information prepared for due diligence and transfer.

About Us
Connecting existing grid access with new energy possibilities.
We are an AI-powered energy project developer focused on unlocking the potential of underutilised grid connections across the European Union.
We combine proprietary technology with development expertise to identify promising sites, secure the required rights and approvals, and turn opportunities into development-ready energy projects.
More value from the infrastructure already in place.
We believe making better use of existing grid connections can accelerate the development of the energy infrastructure the EU needs.
Our starting point is the grid: understanding where existing connections may have spare capacity, what sites are available nearby and which types of energy projects could make use of that opportunity.
That perspective shapes where we focus and which projects we choose to develop.
Our name reflects that purpose. Nasc means "connection" in Irish, capturing the idea at the heart of our business: connecting existing grid capacity with new energy opportunities.
